CONSULTATION AND MASTERPLAN
We spent our first eighteen months in consultation with community and local groups. A cafe and pavilion were the most desired improvements followed by increasing biodiversity with more trees and flowers, provision of more benches and improved facilities.
The plan below has been developed for us by Richard Broome, Landscape Architect, based on the ideas generated.
We continue to consult the community through surveys both on-line and face-to-face and so the masterplan has deviated slightly from the above plan. A lot has been achieved which is shown, namely the pond and the pathway and we continue to work towards other facilities, the most major being the pavillion which would offer better facilities for sport, recreation and the community.
